
The Arizona Fall League is synonymous with quality baseball. In the past few years they have top prospects playing in their league such as Aaron Judge, Ronald Acuna, Mike Trout, Mookie Betts, Adley Rutschman. and many, many more.
Arizona Fall League 2022
Arizona Fall League has announced a myriad of changes for this season and they include a starting date of about ten days earlier. Opening Day is scheduled for Monday October 3.
On October 15 a tripleheader is scheduled at the home of the Arizona Diamondbacks at Chase Field. Some changes have been made for the annual Fall Stars gala with it becoming a two-day event with the home run derby on November 4 and the Fall all Star Game on November 5. This is being held at Aloan Park, the spring training home of the Chicago Cubs and AFL home of the Mesa Solar Sox.
Arizona Fall League Postseason
The Arizona Fall League even changed their postseason format for 2022. It is NOT a single game affair any longer.There will be a play-in game in which the #2 see plays the #3 seed for a chance to take on the #1 team in the championship. The play-in game is scheduled for November 11 at the Peoria Sport Complex.
The play-in winner moves to the championship to be held at Scottsdale Stadium, which is the spring training home of the Giants on November 12,2022.
